The non flectional word που can be used as relative pronoun:

• Το παιδί που τρέχει στην αυλή του σχολείου.
  → The child that is running around the schoolyard.
• Η γυναίκα που έρχεται είναι η μητέρα μου.
  → The woman who is coming is my mother.

Moreover there is a non flectional relative pronoun, which can be used as well:

• ο οποίος, η οποία, το οποίο
  the (m.), the (f.), the (n.)
  → Singular
• οι οποίοι, οι οποίες, τα οποία
  the (m.), the (f.), the (n.)
  → Plural

Το κλειδί, το οποίο σου έδωσα, είναι του σπιτιού.
→ The key that I gave to her is in the house.
Η μπλούζα, η οποία φοράω, είναι δώρο της αδερφής μου.
→ The blouse that I am wearing is a gift from my sister.
