  1. After clicking the button below, you will be an independant affiliate. You will earn money by sending us traffic to our websites; for every sell that's been generated by your visitors, we will pay you a commission as described here.
     
  2. It's free to participate.
     
  3. As an affiliate, you work independantly (not as an employee) and you are 18 years old or older. You send us traffic to our website; for every sell that's been generated by your visitors, we will pay you a commission as described here.
    We will pay you after you sent us an invoice (by email or by post), that contains your full name and address. If you live in the EU, you invoice must contain your VAT-ID. If you live in Germany, you need to add VAT.
     
  4. In order to be an affiliate, you need to sell at least one product each year (after your inicial year).
     
  5. You can cancel working as our affiliate anytime.
     
  6. All customer data you have access has to is confidential.
     
  7. You cannot send us traffic in an illegal way. Spam in any way (email spam, SEO spam, social media spam, or spam otherwise) is not allowed. By doing that, we will terminate working with you, you will not be payed and you need to pay any damages or legal fees that you caused. You are also not allowed to send us paid traffic for search terms that include "17 Minute Languages", "17 Minutes", "17 Minute" or "17 Min".
     
  8. Due to legal reasons, you must live in a country that's part of the European Union or EFTA.
     
  9. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. German law shall apply. As far as allowed by law, the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. If a regulation in this agreement is or becomes invalid, the remaining rules still apply. The contested clause will then be replaced by another that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
